Main Villa
To reserve a room in the main villa (bed and breakfast) we require your stay be a minimum of 2 nights. Staying less will be subject to an additional 25.00 fee. We require a deposit of 50% with the remaining 50% due at check out.

Ohana Kai Guest House
To reserve the Ohana Kai Guest house there is a 3 night minimum stay. We require a deposit of 50% of the total due, and the other 50% is due one month prior to your arrival. For reservations made with in 30 days of the arrival date,  the full amount is due on confirmation as deposit. There is a non-refundable cleaning fee of $200.00 due upon your arrival. Any misuse or additional cleaning will take $25.00 per hour.

In addition to the room fee, there is a 4.17% excise tax plus a 7.25% transient accommodation room tax added to the total.

The Alii Suite                         $220.00 per night* (The Master Suite - upper level)
Ocean view, King bed, private bath, Jacuzzi/double shower, bidet, TV, Stereo CD, sitting area, private entrance, refrigerator.

The Pali Room:                      $160.00 per night* (Mountain View Room - ground level)
Queen bed, private bath, private entrance, reading nook, refrigerator.**

The Lehua Room                   $140.00 per night* (Flower of Hawaii Room - ground level)
Queen bed, private bath, private entrance, sitting area, refrigerator.**

**These rooms both have private entrances from the downstairs lanai which is located on the same level as the large library, where guests may gather to read, watch television, movies or just enjoy the breezes and the fragrance of flowers drifting in. The rooms are airy and cool with ceiling fans enhancing their tropical ambiance.
