Ohana Kai Guest Cottage Policies

• Reservation Policy – When making a reservation we require a deposit of half with the other half due one month prior to your arrival.
• Reservations made with less than 30 days to the arrival date must pay total balance upon reservation Ohana Kai Guest Cottage has a three night minimum.

Cancellation Policy:

Peak Season Refunds – Refunds will be given minus $30.00 with 60 day notice. Peak Season is November to May. Off Season Refunds – Refunds will be given minus $30.00 with 30 day notice. Off season is June to October.
